By accessing or using any part of the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site and our services immediately.

 

WHO WE ARE

Ari & The Bandits is based in Portugal. We provide premium web design, branding, and business optimization services to clients internationally.

 

SERVICES

All services are custom, project-based, or package-based as described on our website or in written proposals. Details of scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.

 

PAYMENTS

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
   

• Full or partial payment is required in advance, as specified in the service agreement or checkout process.
   

• Prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
   

 

REFUNDS

Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure smooth project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely information and materials as requested.
   

• Respond to feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
   

• Respect agreed timelines and payment schedules.
   

Delays in providing input may impact delivery timelines.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• We retain ownership of our own creative materials, tools, and frameworks.
   

• Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your own business purposes.
   

• You may not resell, replicate, or distribute our materials outside of agreed usage.
   

You represent that any content you provide (e.g. text, images, brand assets) does not infringe the rights of others.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results such as increased revenue, traffic, or client conversions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• Loss of income or opportunity
   

• Service interruptions or third-party platform issues (e.g. hosting providers, Stripe)
   

• Misuse or unauthorized use of deliverables
   

If liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

 

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Stripe for payment processing
   

• Hosting and analytics tools for site operation
   

We are not responsible for downtime, faults, or breaches on third-party platforms.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
